Who we are

WeDo Marketing (ABN 82 593 967 734) is an Australian brand strategy and marketing agency. In this policy, "we" and "us" means WeDo Marketing. You can reach us at info@wedo-marketing.com.au.

What we collect

• When you run SPOT: your name, email, business details and the answers you give about your business, competitors and customers.
• When you contact us: your name, email, business name and your message.
• When you visit the site: basic, anonymous usage information such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

• To generate your SPOT insight and report, and email them to you.
• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to talk about working together.
• To send you marketing emails, only if you've agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

When you run SPOT, your answers and report are also emailed to our team inbox so we can help if you have questions about your results.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and SPOT. Some are based overseas, including in the United States:

• Anthropic, whose AI model reads your SPOT answers to write your report.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and securely stores your SPOT report.
• Resend, which delivers our emails.
• Zoho, which runs our email inbox and call booking.

These providers only process your information to deliver their service to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics to see which pages are useful and how visitors find us. Depending on the tools we have switched on, this may include Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to recognise returning visitors. Analytics data doesn't identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to stop spam. It checks that a real person is using the form.

Keeping it safe

Your information travels over encrypted connections and is stored with providers that use industry-standard security. Reports are kept at private, hard-to-guess links that aren't listed in search engines. Only our team can see the enquiries and SPOT answers sent to us.

How long we keep it

Your SPOT report is kept at a private link for 12 months, then deleted automatically. Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to work with you or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@wedo-marketing.com.au. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
